What kind of data does the Relay42 platform collect?

What kind of data does the Relay42 platform collect? The software allows advertisers to manage interaction data from their websites and apps, such as the number of clicks and visitors on a website or the types of products that are viewed. This information is collected from different marketing channels such as the website of the advertiser, banners and their email campaigns. The information collected is non-personally identifiable information. This means that information that identifies a person such as name and address is not being stored. The collected data can be further combined with other data sources by the advertiser for marketing and advertising purposes. Our technology operates independently for each client. This means that data collected by one client is not available to other clients. If you happen to be a customer of two of our clients, your data will be stored in two separate datasets which we will not combine or link-together.

As a consumer, you have the right to opt-out of the use of your data or request insights in what data is stored.
