This is a high-impact opportunity to drive pipeline, revenue & growth strategies to create best-in-class digital awareness & demand generation programs for Relay42. You will be responsible for the development and execution of programs across digital channels (including SEM, paid social, email, display, syndication) and offline (events, webinars, etc), as well as reporting and overall website management. In this role, you will also manage cross-functional interaction between Sales, Marketing, and external event, digital and website agencies/vendors to implement new campaigns and strategies.

Your role:

As a Demand Generation Marketer you will be driving pipeline revenue & growth strategies to create best-in-class digital awareness & demand generation programs for Relay42.

Your Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Create and execute digital campaign strategy with an optimal blend of SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display and Content Syndication activities required to drive awareness and reach MQL targets
  • Align with Campaign & Content Marketing teams to support digital aspects of integrated campaigns and maximize impact and results

Offline Marketing

  • In alignment with Sales, determine our event strategy including 3rd party & owned events.
  • Execute our event marketing plan and ensure that it is integrated with overall demand generation priorities

Marketing Automation & Operations

  • Establish and implement cross-channel nurture programs to ensure funnel progression from lead to closed opportunity.
  • Act as core interface to Sales & SDR team to ensure lead management & follow up process is in place for all campaigns and to understand & optimize the activities that have the most influence on pipeline generation and acceleration
  • Intelligent Journey Orchestration - utilize the Relay42 platform as “customer 0” to unify data, align channels, and touchpoints in order to orchestrate Relay42 customer journey.
  • Email marketing: manage email channel, set up email marketing processes, tracking & reporting, segment marketing database to improve results of email marketing.
  • Establish required workflows, processes, lead scoring and reporting in Marketing Automation (Hubspot) and CRM ( platforms to ensure proper lead scoring, attribution and progression across the Relay42 funnel management process
  • Manage marketing database across MA and CRM platforms. Ensuring that data is available for database marketing.
  • Develop, monitor and report on core KPIs

Website Management

  • Own the Relay42 website from a CMS and optimization perspective
  • Ensure web-publishing processes are in place and that publishers keep content up to date
  • Optimize (test) and personalize web experience in line with audience segmentation and relevant customer journey stages to drive engagement, conversion funnel progression
  • Align with Communications team on the branding and content of the website


What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has 3 +years experience in B2B marketing, preferably at a high-velocity SaaS company and 3+ years experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, and growth-hacking / experimentation. We are looking for a digital marketing native with content marketing experience and expertise with all major SEM & advertising platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook etc), as well as Google Analytics. 

We expect:

  • Solid experience in event planning & execution in line with overall campaign strategy and brand
  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM software, preferably Hubspot &, and associated lead generation and nurturing processes.
  • Experience building, executing and measuring demand generation programs for SaaS products
  • Experience with website management, content management systems and CRO
  • Strong quantitative skills to understand & report on funnels, conversion rates, tests, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations).Multi-tasker comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies or campaigns can quickly shift as business needs warrant.
  • Strong experience & knowledge of the B2B demand waterfall and ability to create strong alignment and working relationships with Sales & SDR teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English-language.
  • Someone who excels when given responsibility and a sense of ownership whether working independently or as part of a team.
