Your role:

You will assist the Finance Manager and Finance Administrator to ensure that the execution of daily transactions is done accordingly and in time. The focus lies on providing timely, accurate and complete follow-up on finance responsibilities. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparing all monthly invoices;
  • Preparing payments;
  • Checking and follow up on incoming emails of for example suppliers, clients, and employees;
  • Documenting credit card expenses;
  • Collecting outstanding debts;
  • Monthly check on employee expenses if these are according to the internal expense policy;
  • Assisting in the financial statements process
  • Assisting in the monthly closing process
  • Assisting in other administrative work and ad hoc project

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is currently attending a study in Finance, Accounting or Economics and is available for at least 6 months (42/40 hours a week). He/she has an affinity for the financial administration field. He/she likes to collaborate, has attention to details and has a problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English are essential as you will be dealing with a variety of people in this role.
