REQUIREMENTS

Your role:

As a Presales Consultant you will be joining the commercial team. In this role you will be supporting the sales team throughout the sales process by confidently (and convincingly) demonstrating how our solution can solve a prospective customer’s critical business challenges and/ or help them achieve their ambitions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Understand and closely analyse the prospects requirements
  • Create a specific presentation or demo that precisely meets the needs of prospects
  • Involvement in technical details in RFP preparation
  • Create the technical detail for use in marketing collateral
  • Provide unparalleled market feedback to product managers that can be used to influence or provide feedback on product roadmap items.
  • Complete the business analysis and technical component of a sales proposal
  • Handover all relevant info and context to Consultancy, and give support and advice for client onboarding plan
  • Give presentations about us and our product on events, to gain awareness of Relay42 in the market
  • Present new integrations to partners, present new integrations, inspire more use of our technology

Our ideal candidate is someone who proactively looks for ways to improve the output of the presales team, and act in these areas. He/she delivers all assigned internal projects as set out in the planning sessions and proactively looks for ways to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.

  • Getting things done mentality. Proactivity is key in this role, since we are at the forefront of marketing technology, your clients expect you to lead them
  • Great presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate well with different teams
  • Willingness to travel while we grow Relay42 across Europe
  • Feeling at home in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry/eco-system
  • Proven working experience in Ad tech, digital media and/ or data analytics 3+ years.
  • Added bonus: Understanding of SaaS solutions, working in a Pre-Sales capacity.
