Relay42’s UK office is expanding and therefore looking for a Senior Solution Consultant with a strong problem-solving mindset and excellent consultancy and project management skills!

Your role:        

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be mainly responsible to help your customers deliver tangible business impact requiring both hands-on expertise as experience on strategic level within the digital marketing domain.

Your responsibilities:

  • Take the overall lead in projects, align different teams and resources (internal and external)
  • Keep key stakeholders and management informed on progress
  • See hurdles and projects risks coming and mitigate them
  • Get people on board and enthusiastic, evangelize to customer organisation
  • Use mandate to get cooperation, commitment and support from all stakeholders
  • Signal upsell opportunities
  • Internal alignment and getting people onboard to deliver required milestones
  • Understand goals and business of the client, based on input from account management / DMU and direct input gathering (business analyses) and help transform these into concrete marketing improvements with strong business impact via Relay42 technology
  • Combine relevant experiences and knowledge of different groups to identify concrete opportunities with optimal cost/time/gain
  • Get a challenging but feasible roadmap in place with the team and commitment on the required resources internally and at client level
  • Build best practices on vertical to be trusted advisor to customer

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferable in cross channel marketing. He/she has a proven track record in managing complex martech roll out projects at enterprise customers. He/she understands the DMP/CDP landscape and is a strong influencer with high analytical skills.
