Can you translate strategic business goals into concrete marketing scenarios? Relay42 is looking for a Solution Consultant for its office in Singapore with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills who is not afraid to dive into technical details.

Your role:

The Solution Consultant helps our clients to implement our technology and subsequently roll-out cross channel customer journeys by delivering on-premise hands-on consulting. Based on the defined roadmap and together with different teams at the client, these customer journeys help realize the cross-channel targets of the client organisation.

Onboarding of new clients and execution Proof of Technology’s (40%)

  • Together with the Consulting Lead, manage customised implementation via standard methodology at new clients to get the platform up and running/demonstrate its capabilities within a specified time frame
  • Explain processes and timings, align resources, manage project, inspire and get business input with the help of the Consulting Lead

Strategy & roadmap definition (20%)

  • Understand goals and business of the client and help transform these into customer journeys in the DMP
  • Inspire the client with innovative examples / new features
  • Get a challenging but feasible roadmap in place and commitment and the required resources

Structural support (40%)

  • Help clients structurally improve their KPI’s by rolling out a process of continuous “always-on” campaign development
  • Assist in configuration of customer journeys and involve technical consultancy when necessary
  • Act as a sparring partner for the solution direction of use cases
  • Track and share results, evaluate and optimize on a regular bases

    REQUIREMENTS

    What are we looking for?

    The ideal candidate is a fast learner with getting things done mentality and a hands-on approach. He/she is a fast learner and, thinks in solutions rather than problems. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who feels confident in giving presentations and a smart initiator. A combination of strong consultancy skills and passion for diving into details. Proactivity is key in this role since we are at the forefront of the fast-moving marketing technology sector.

    We expect:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in cross channel marketing as subject matter expert (channel specialist, CRO, web analyst)
    • Consultancy experience and executional responsibility is a pre
    • Basic technical understanding (concept of tag management, what is an API)
    • Experienced in data-driven decision making
    • Working experience in/for enterprise companies
