The Relay42 user training will pave your way through the interface functionalities of our platform.
The training is split into two half-days: part one focuses on the Tag Management System (TMS) and part two on the Data Management Platform (DMP). Both are built around practical examples and practices which you can apply to your work, straight away. After completing the DMP part, you’ll be recognised as a Relay42 Trained User.

As a Relay42 Certified Marketer you’ll be able to create omnichannel marketing customer journeys which include the necessary technical and organisational requirements. If you are an integration partner of Relay42, you’ll learn how to translate your clients’ ambitions and strategies into concrete, well defined use cases.
Additionally, we’ll show you the integration opportunities of channels and systems with Relay42 (e.g. APIs) and you’ll be able to configure them with support from the Relay42 Certified Engineer.
To get certified, you need to complete the Relay42 Trained User course as well as full-day Certified Marketer training and an examination.
As a Relay42 Certified Engineer, you will be able to support the Relay42 Certified Marketer in the implementation of use cases and in the integration of other tools and systems.
During the training, you’ll learn how to understand the technical features of the Relay42 TMS and DMP, and by the end of the course, you’ll be able to fully implement and configure both independently.
To become certified, you need to complete the Relay42 Trained User course, a full day’s “Certified Engineer” training, and an examination.
*In order to take part in this course, you need to have experience in front-end development.
