During monthly meetings and Friday cheers, we share progress, special projects, important company topics, and our milestones. At quarterly meetings, we share and discuss our strategy and vision. We believe that working together and sharing our successes is the true secret behind being the best at what we do. During our annual innovation week, we all come together to work on new ideas in cross-functional teams. This is how we create beautiful products and stay ahead of the game. We work hard and are dedicated to reaching our common goals, but we also like to take a step back and relax. Whether you like ping pong, darts, foosball, board games, videogames, or just chilling on a comfy couch and listening to some music — you’ll find it at the Relay42 office.

We’re not about the 9-to-5 work mentality, meaning we trust you to get your work done in the way that works best for you and your team. Flexible working is different for everyone; we understand this, and it’s our goal to facilitate you to be your best self.
At Relay42 we understand your appetite. That’s why we have lunch together every day, and there’s always plenty of healthy snacks, fresh fruit, and soft drinks available at the office. Of course, we also offer a variety of cookies to go with your coffee!
We also offer ways to stay active, and every week we have an on-premise bootcamp where you can challenge yourself and get stronger together with your colleagues.
We aim for the best results, now and in the future
Personal development is important, and that’s why we offer several functional training possibilities. Everyone gets to participate in a DISC communication training program, and there are many other opportunities for training in line with your function. We also encourage everyone to attend conferences and events related to their role, and then to come back and share their knowledge with the team.
Finally, even though we live in the now, we offer a pension scheme so you can save up for the future!

Joining Relay42 in 4 steps
Start by sending your resume! One of our recruiters will contact you shortly, usually within 2 business days.
Your application will be reviewed and if there's a potential match, we will schedule a call to get to know you better. Feel free to ask anything!
1st interview is onsite or via Google Hangouts with your hiring manager. Then there's a technical assignment or business case if required. And finally a 2nd interview onsite or via Google Hangouts with the team.
After the interviews are complete, we will evaluate and get in touch about a job offer. You’ll hear from us within 4 business days!
