The Lead Consultant is responsible for a small team of Solution Consultants that work directly with our customers. You act as a coach to the Consultants and help manage their workload and personal development. Furthermore, the Lead Consultant helps our clients to implement our technology and subsequently roll-out cross channel customer journeys by delivering on-premise hands-on consulting. Based on the defined roadmap and together with different teams at the client, these customer journeys help realize the cross-channel targets of the client organization. Having hands-on experience means you can lead by example. Ultimately you and your team help drive customer retention as well as customer expansion which are instrumental to the growth of Relay42.

Lead the team (20%)
Define objectives with your team members, based on the customer services objectives and make sure these are met
Engage in regular 1on1s and coach your team on creating value for our customers, customer expansion possibilities, workload management and personal development
Help shape the team strategy with the Head of Consulting and embed strategic initiatives in your team
Onboarding of new clients and execution Proof of Technology’s (40%)
Manage customized implementation via standard methodology at new clients to get the platform up and running/demonstrate its capabilities within a specified time frame
Explain processes and timings, align resources, manage projects, inspire and get business input
Structural support (40%)
Help clients structurally improve their KPI’s by rolling out a process of continuous “always-on” campaign development
Assist in the configuration of customer journeys and involve technical consultancy when necessary
Act as a sparring partner for the solution direction of use cases
Track and share results, evaluate and optimize on a regular bases
