The Solution Consultant educates our clients and partners and help them to implement our technology and subsequently roll-out cross channel customer journeys by delivering on-premise hands-on consulting. Based on the defined roadmap and together with different teams at the client, these customer journeys help realize the cross-channel targets of the client organisation and drive platform adoption.
Onboarding of new clients, partners and execution of Proof of Technology’s
Together with the Lead Consultant, manage customised implementation via standard methodology at new clients to get the platform up and running and demonstrate its capabilities with a use case within a specified time frame
Project manage the onboarding, align and communicate the plan and way of working. Align internal resources and encourage client resources alignment, manage agreed project timelines
Inspire new use cases, provide marketing input, evaluate business impact with the help of the Lead Consultant
Educate clients and partners
Strategy & roadmap definition
Understand goals and business of the client and help transform these into a challenging but feasible roadmap together with the client - Inspire the client with innovative use case/journey examples and new features
Ensure commitment and required resources both on Relay42 and client side
Deploy a standardized way of working at the client, such as governance, meeting structure, and repeatable value creation process
Structural support after onboarding
Help clients create business value by encouraging the roll-out of continuous “always-on” campaign use cases/journeys and long-term best practices of the platform’s capabilities
Assist in configuration of customer journeys and use cases and involve technical consultancy and the support team when necessary
Deliver additional connectors, with the help of our technical consultancy and product team
Offer support, coordinate basic troubleshooting, and act as a bridge between the client team, partners, and the Relay42 support & product teams
Act as a sparring partner for the solution direction of use cases and customer journeys
Track and share results, evaluate and optimize use cases together with the client on a regular basis
Have regular business review meetings with client and partners to discuss achievements and plans
Initiate, design and implement improvements to our ways of working
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with getting things done mentality and a hands-on approach. He/she is a fast learner and, thinks in solutions rather than problems. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who feels confident in giving presentations and a smart initiator. A combination of strong consultancy skills and a passion for diving into details. Proactivity is key in this role since we are at the forefront of the fast-moving marketing technology sector.
3 years experience min. in digital marketing, preferably in cross channel marketing as subject matter expert (channel specialist, CRO, web analyst)
Fluent in English, Thai (and/or other regional languages) would be a plus
Experience with data-driven working
Consultancy experience and executional responsibility is a prerequisite
Basic technical understanding (concept of tag management, what is an API)
Experienced in data-driven decision making
Working experience in/for enterprise companies
Fast learner and adaptable
