Relay42, a platform for Intelligent Journey Orchestration that allows businesses to mirror customer behavior across all channels to deliver true one-to-one personalization in real time, has appointed two new senior leaders to support its growth in the Journey Orchestration market.
Rogier van Nieuwenhuizen joins Relay42 as Chief Executive Officer as of March 2019. Previously Executive Vice President for EMEA at ClickFox, Inc., and Head of EMEA Business and Strategy at McKinsey's global Customer Experience practice, Rogier brings strong strategic leadership to Relay42, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Customer Experience and Journey Orchestration market.
“I am excited to help Relay42 realize its full potential. I am convinced that there’s enormous potential for Intelligent Journey Orchestration — it’s the crucial step to make for all those companies out there that want to build more meaningful, personalized relationships with their customers. I am impressed with what Relay42 has to offer them. Not only is it a software product that is unmatched in the marketplace, but the company is also made up of so many passionate and intelligent people — developers, consultants, sales professionals — who genuinely want to make our clients successful.”
With Rogier in this leadership role, current CEO and founder, Tomas Salfischberger, will focus on driving product vision and roadmap, as well as propelling international expansion. “I am thrilled to be able to accelerate and internationalize the vision we started 8 years ago,” says Tomas. “It’s great that Relay42 is able to attract this kind of expertise, and I am really looking forward to the next exciting steps for our company.”
Relay42 also announces the appointment of Liesbeth Schuurbiers to the role of People & Operations Director as well as a seat on the Management Team. Previously HR Director at Nespresso Netherlands, Liesbeth brings a wealth of expertise in growing companies, building successful teams, developing strong communities, and developing value-based performance cultures. With years of experience in HR Manager and Business Partner roles, as well as a background in recruitment consulting and employment law, Liesbeth will support strong growth and development of the people, teams, processes, and culture within Relay42.
"I'm excited to get to work building an even stronger organization together with my new colleagues at Relay42,” says Liesbeth. “There is such a passionate and entrepreneurial spirit here, and the coming years I'm looking forward to keeping that spirit alive while we expand upon our core values and create a performance culture where everyone can develop and add chapters to the journey and history of Relay42.”
