CDP institute certifies Relay42 as a RealCDP

We are proud to announce that the CustomerData Platform Institute has certified Relay42 as a RealCDP. This certification is given for successfully completing a comprehensive audit, proving that the Relay42 Platform meets all necessary CDP criteria, set by the CDP Institute. The evaluation concludes that Relay42 is a RealCDP with particular strengths in real-time processing, personalization, modeling, and journey building.  

RealCDP Certification 

RealCDP™ is a certification program managed by the CDP Institute. It defines a set of features required for a product to perform the functions that most users expect from a CDP. The goal of the certification is to help buyers choose a CDP vendor by arming them with a simple checklist of features that must be met for a system to deliver on the CDP promise. 

The RealCDP program measures systems against six capabilities:

1. Ingest data from any source 
2.  Capture full detail of ingested data 
3.  Store ingested data indefinitely (subject to privacy constraints) 
4.  Create unified profiles of identified individuals 
5.  Share data with any system that needs it 
6.  Respond in real time to new data and to profile requests 

The full audit covers a total of 70 individual elements, categorized in 17 CDP-related capabilities.  

We are happy to share that Relay42 meets all core and enhanced RealCDP capabilities and is recognized for its model-building, personalization, and journey orchestration capabilities.
