This is a real opportunity to make your mark at a high growth technology business. You will work in close collaboration with the Sales team to close business deals and run the onboarding & integration for new customers.


As a Solutions Consultant you’ll be working on both ends of the spectrum, delivering pre-sales consultancy as well as in-depth advice once the contract is signed. You will be responsible for transforming high-level business objectives into concrete projects and setting up their parameters in the Relay42 platform. You understand the possibilities and requirements of cross-channel marketing journeys. Together with various levels in the client organisation, you will implement and configure these customer journeys and triggers with your technical colleagues.

You will use your analytical and online marketing background to understand how data can be used to increase performance and create synergy in different channels. You will be able to identify and remove the barriers that our clients face, create a support group, bring together stakeholders and lead the projects to success. You’ll inspire clients to set-up the technology in the most effective way, bring tangible business results and strengthen or, where possible, expand your own role.

 

About your team

At Relay42, you’ll be part of the Consulting Team and you’ll collaborate on a daily basis with Solutions Consultant and Technical Consultant peers, located in our office in Amsterdam and London. In addition, you’ll often work as a billable consultant on location for various large international clients  You will work together with the Sales team, our Support department and technical resources within Relay42 as well as with different levels of IT and marketing stakeholders. You’ll be answering their questions, proactively thinking of solutions, providing advice as day-to-day spokesperson.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Translating clients’ objectives into technology blueprints
  • Leading the onboarding of new customers
  • Support of the Pre-Sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP)
  • Execution of implementation projects and coordination of the team’s work
  • Creating clear project requirements and instruction for internal and external IT
  • Present platform demonstrations
  • Conduct training sessions, deliver presentations, and lead meetings with our clients and partners
  • Project management, monitoring and evaluation 
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
  • Attitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Project management
  • Written and verbal communication in English and preferably one other European language
  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in cross channel marketing as subject matter expert (channel specialist, CRO, web analyst)
  • Consultancy experience and executional responsibility is a pre
  • Basic technical understanding (concept of tag management, what is an API)
  • Experienced in data driven decisioning
  • Working experience in/for enterprise companie
